Casa Azul is a stand alone Luxury Villla one block from the beach in Sauilita, Rivera Nayarit. It is a short 40 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta airport. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. Our street, Calle Coral, is a beach access street. In fact, you can walk anywhere in Sayulita in 5-7 minutes from Casa Azul, so there is no need for a rental car or golf cart.The home & grounds are not shared with any other home or condo and are very private & secure. We have a salt water pool that has no chemicals, so you feel clean & refreshed after a swim. The grounds have been professionally landscaped and are beautifully maintained.
The Villa has a fully stocked kitchen, with a gas stove & oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered ice & water through the door and granite counter tops. It has any kind of cooking utensil you may need as well as cutlery, dishes & glassware.
There are three master suites each with it's own bathroom. Two have king sized beds & the third has a queen. They are completely private & separate from each other. There is a fourth bathroom near the entryway. Each is beautifully appointed. There are air conditioners in each of the bedrooms. They are mini-split units with remote compressors on the roof, for a quiet restful nights' sleep.
The living, dining & kitchen areas are under a giant pallapa giving it a truly artistic Mexican flavor. The doors to the decks open wide for an indoor/outdoor living experience.
