The living room comes with a 32 inch flat screen TV including telecable, Apple TV, Netflix, DVD player (all region) and an Ipod docking system. Although there is no washer/dryer onsite there is free laundry service with the property management company. They will take care of it and pick up and delivery for up to 10kg per week.
The granite dinning room table has space for 4 people.
You can enjoy the outside patio with decking, chairs, bamboo plants, a number of other plants which helps with the privacy of the condo patio.
Please note this unit is located on the first floor facing the parking lot. The owner have many plants to help with the privacy of the outside patio. There is some noise from the highway traffic.
