The Nayri Life and Spa Building is located on the very popular Basilio Badillo St. where you are within walking distance to everything in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. The condo is about 200 steps to Los Muertos Beach, restaurants are all around you, the park is one short block away where there is always lots of entertainment and a GREAT Saturday Farmer's Market including clothing, flowers, artistic items and much more.
This newly constructed building is very modern with a spectacular rooftop pool & bar. Unit 209 is located on the 2nd floor and is fully furnished with luxury towels and sheets, hairdryer, 55" flat screen TV with Netflicks included. There is free Internet and free calls to the USA and Canada. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and a washer and dryer is in the condo for guest use. Maid service is once/week and extra cleanings are available for a small fee.
The rootop has an amazing pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, steam room and a massage room. Both male and female masseuses are on duty for a modest fee. The condo does not have ocean views but the pool area has spectacular 360 degree views. The condo is suitable for 2 non-smoking adults.
